This historical drama brings to light the story of Polly Johnson, an Afro-Indigenous confectioner and station master on the Underground Railroad in New Bedford. Discover how her cakes, candies, and ice creams played a crucial role in the fight for freedom.
Alyssa Botelho will be in attendance to introduce the film and for a Q&A session after the screening.
